Legal Question in Construction Law in Colorado

My company was awarded a exterior paint contract 7 months ago to a townhome community. The annual hoa officer and a supposely permanent property manager has either quit or time has expired. Last min. notice a sudden change up occured. The new persons are very difficult to deal with this has happen over the last two weeks .I am anticipating they try to scheme their way out of my somewhat primitive, read through the lines contract. What is my standings in this matter?

It is absolutely impossible to say anything without reviewing the terms of the contract. I assume this was a written contract, right?
