General Contractor is not paying for work completed
The general contractor that I have a subcontract with is a week and a half past due on payment. What can I do legally to obtain these funds?

Re: General Contractor is not paying for work completed
First, review your contract as to default and remedies. Second, consider disburser notices, application of the trust fund statute and lien filings.
All the foregoing remedies require that you follow the law to the letter. Good luck.
