Lien Question
I completed warranty work for a builder on several homes they completed and have not been paid. Can i place lien on the homes?

The general answer is yes. If you improved real property then you have lien rights. Now, you must be very careful and follow the lien procedures to the letter. If you don't, you may lose those rights. Contact counsel.
