Legal Question in Construction Law in Colorado

I am a subcontractor who performed work on a house that was insurance work. the main contractor promised to pay at 30% then 60,90,and 100. the house is complete and they are over 60 days past due on the 90% can i file a lien even though the job has only been complete for 2 weeks?

You need to follow the rules as to an intent to lien, service (to the parties and method) and then file the lien. One mistake may invalidate your lien rights. Contact an attorney for assistance. Good luck.
