Is A college Catalog Binding

I signed a contract for college on 9/10/02. The contract states that the ducoment constitutes the entire agreement and that the student has relied on no representations othen than the contract or college catalog.

The college catalog makes specific referance to Childcare facilities. The coggege is now canceling the child care. Do I have any recource? It aslo says I have to use arbitration, how do I go about it.

In referance to the college's ability to change programs it states that The college reserves the right to change policies, requirements for degrees, prereequisites, fees, scheduling and related matters. ALL CHANGES ARE IMPLIMENTED IN WAYS THAT ANY NEW POLICY OR CIRRICULAR REQUIREMENTS WILL WORK LITTLE OR NO HARDSHIP ON A STUDENT WHO HAS ENTERED UNDER AN EARLIER SET OF REQUIREMENTS.

You certainly need to find out how many people were adversely impacted by the childcare issue and AS A GROUP confront the college together. That's an issue where strength is definitely in numbers. that also gives you the chance to collect documentation to support a class action (or mukti-plaintiff) lawsuit down the road. use the student facilities first, to gather documents about the facility closing and colleg policies. Retain a lawyer on standby.
