Legal Question in Consumer Law in Colorado
What do I do?
I responded to a classified ad for some merchandise from a private person. I sent a post office money order for $450.00 to that person and never received the merchandise. I have copies of the money order and e mail correspondence. What legal recourse do I have? How do I get my money back? I know this persons address and phone # but they won't answer.
