Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Colorado

I am being harassed off and ion by a payday loan company,that says I received a loan from them,but I never have,and they do want to listen.

Your best response is to hang up on them. If they actually sue you, you need to talk to a lawyer. Otherwise, don't talk to them.
