Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Colorado

If my landlord places a letter of demand for rent on my door and everyone in the building can see it, is that considered public or third party disclosure?

They are required to post it on your door or to serve you personally. If they only post it on the door rather than serve you in person they are only able to get you off the premises and can not take you to court for monetary reimbursement unless they serve you personally.

I suggest you get an attorney to help you. Give us a call and we can set you up for an appointment.
