can i place a property lein on debtors house

i had a promissary note for 5000.00, i had to go to small claims to get a judgement to collect. ne the debtor has VANISHED can i put a lein on his property for the balance of the debt??

Yes, with a judgment not only can you put a lien on the property, but you can also execute or foreclose on the property. You can also garnish wages, bank accounts, and obtain the money from others that owe the debtor money.
