Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
In 1994 I bought beer for minors, there was a car accident, I was not driving, I stayed there cause someone did get hurt. I cooperated fully through the whole court process. I was charged with a class 4 felony and sentenced to 3 years probation, a large fine and community service. I completed everything in a year and a half and my probation officer went to the court and asked if I could be off it early and they agreed. Is that felony still on my record and if so how do I fix it so it is off.

With certain exceptions, none of which you fall into, a conviction never comes off your record. The only way to get it removed is by either Presidential or a Governor's pardon.
