Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Need some help
Im 16 going to be 17 in may my boyfriend is 18 about to be 19 in april we are not sleeping together and i need to know is this is legal in the state of Colorado.

You may literally rest assured that not sleeping together is perfectly legal in the state of Colorado.
That said, if what you mean to ask is whether an 18-year-old boy who has consensual sex with a 16 year-old girl is statutory rape, that answer is "No."
