Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I placed a 911 call and asked to remain anonymous. Now I recieved a subpoena to appear in court. The person was arrested and now I worry that the details of the call are going to come out in court. Can they do that?

The tape of the 911 call can be played in court. In CO, only one party needs to OK recording and use. The 911 dispatch is that party.
