Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Should the 178 days time served granted in an original 6 yr COMM COR sentence be attached to a concurrent 4 yr COMM COR sentence given 1.5 years into the 6 year sentence? If so, is there a time limitation on asking for the time served to be granted in the concurrent 4 yr sentence?

No. You typically only get time served for, well, time served. You can get time served for the time that rolls off while the new case is pending, but that's typically about it.
Generally, the law gives you 3 years to attack a sentence in a felony case.
