Your question lacks full and complete facts. There is no charge like you state in your question in Colorado (under Colorado State Criminal Code). There are several types of harassment but none is to the 4th degree. Unless you give full and complete details you cannot expoect a proper answer. If you are in Municipal Court the max punsihment is a fine of upto $1,000 fine and / or 1 year in jail. If in State Court it is a Class 3 Misdemeanor with a fine of upto $750 and / or jail of upto 6 months. If it is hate or prohibited bias crime it is elevalted max to a Misdemeanor class 1 crime and then the max punishment is upto $5,000 in fine and / or 18 momths in jail. However, it is unlikely you will get any jail but will be placed on probation (if found guilty or you plead guilty) and if your probation is violated you could then go to jail, especially if you have no prior criminal history .

The main concern you should have is that it is a crime and will show up on you criminal record (if you are found guilty or plead guilty) unless you are eligible for expungement in 4 years after ther close of the case. If you are not eligible for expungment it will be on your criminal record for ever. Expungment rules are very strict and any one minor slip up forecloses expungement for ever.

Contact a criminal defense lawyer to help you. Remember, you or your parents will have to invest to protect your future. Good things in like, including criminal defense is not cheap nor free. I dislike saying or talking about money but those are the real facts of this real world.

Remember, just because you are charged with a crime does not mean you did it. You are innocent until proven guilty by the State beyond a reasonable doubt and that is a far cry from just being charged.
