2nd degree criminal tampering
during an argument with my x-wife, i threw fruit loops in the driver's side seat of her car. sgtupid? yes criminal tampering??? your thoughts? do i have a defencable position?

Sure - that sounds fun. Besides, if you are convicted or accept a plea, then you are going to have to live with a Domestic Violence conviction for the rest of your life. Try that puppy.

Plead not guilty to anything other than misdemeanor goofiness. For damn sure plead not guilty to anything that adds a domestic violence designation.
Whose fruit loops were they? They had to belong to your wife to sustain a charge of criminal tampering. Frankly, any DA who charges this must have a few fruit loops in his own vicinity.
