a friend that had a warrant stayed at my house, the house got raided and they found drugs in the room he stayed in. he didn't get charged for them but i did and so did my girlfriend. neither of us had been there all day and my girl didn't live there. Yes two people can be charged with the saame crime. You are both presumed innocent. The prosecution will try to get one of you to tell on the other so you both need an attorney. The prosecution will need to prove that both or one of you knew about the drugs and had control of them in some way as to possess them.

everyone can get charged if there is any reason to connect them to the drugs, no matter how tenuous. But, a conviction is much harder to come by.

I would be happy to represent you or your girlfriend. I think you would be silly to accept a guilty plea based on these facts.
