If i have gotten my 4th alcohol driving offense(Minor DUI, 2 DWAI, DUI-0.11BAC) and 4 Driving under restraint, pending a Felony 6 (habitual traffic offender). And I would like to receive more jail time instead of proceeding through probation again. Is this and option, i am looking to move away from my bad influences, to my aunt and uncles town in Nebraska. Do not, no matter how down you feel, agree to a felony charge (even a deferred). In this case, you will likely do some time in a county jail. You will liklely be prohibited from driving in any state for a long time. No, a felony driving charge should not even be brought (no less pleaded to). You can work a deal. Get a lawyer or public defender. Do not communicate your feelings to a DA until you talk to a defense lawyer/public defender. THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE. YOU WOULD NEED TO DO MORE TO ESTABLISH A LAWYER-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS FIRM.
