Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

My 15 year son was at wrestling practice at his high school last Wednesday. He was wrestling a kid that didn't go to that school the coach let him come practice without schools knowledge the match was over the kids father went over to my son picked him up by his wrestling outfit at chest area grabbed a little skin face to face he cussed at him. The father is a probation officer I called police they refuse to help me what should I do. I have witnesses.

Being a probation officer does not excuse that behavior. Expand your attack to include the school and the coach that allowed this non-eligible child to practice. Letters and phone calls to the school and school board may help you discover your next step.
