Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
22 years ago when I was 18 I obtained a fake id that said I was 21. Can I still be charged for this and what is the statue of limitation for this crime.

No, you cannot.
The SOL for most felony offenses is 3 years. There are exceptions, but without more facts as to what you did with the ID (assuming you did nothing beyond buy beer), I could not tell you if you fit into any of them.
