Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I am 23 years old never been in trouble and have no criminal history at all. Im being charged with criminal mischief and theft a class 4&6 felony. Is there any chance i will NOT have jail time. Im going to be a mother soon and am afraid of what will happen please help
