Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My 19 yr old son is being charged with felony menacing after an argument with another male at work. The man taunted him with a hand gun while trying to pull my son's girl from the car so my son grabbed his baseball bat to defend themselves. The guy pointed his gun at my son, so my son and his girl jumped in the car and left. They were heading home but the guy followed so they came to my place 3 hrs away. Now Only my son is being charged, not the other man. What should we do?

You should sit down with an attorney. Your son should not make any statements to anyone except his attorney. The attorney will need to review the prosecutor's file to determine what the police believe happened and the best way to address the charges.
