Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
If their is an active warrant for a domestic violence case and the victum wants to recant and drop the case what would be the best starting point? writinig a letter?

get a lawyer to help with both defendant and victim - the DA will not drop case in these circumstances, but a good lawyer will know how to make the case best for the DA to dismiss -
