Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Need advice
I have confessed to the crime I have been convicted of 10 felony 3's of burglary 2 I have never been in trouble with the law before IM 22 I have a child on the way IM enrolled in school I am willing to do anything so i dont have to spend any time in jail I dot know what to do Please help Thanks Kevin

Depending on who you confessed to, it is important to have an attorney or at least get the advice from an attorney regarding speaking with the police regarding criminal conduct. Without more informatio, I can't give you advice. Depending on where this happened and what was taken, there are possible plea options that may make it possible for probation given your limit criminal history and life circumstance.
