I have a affidavit warrant in Boulder CO for fraud, is there a statute of limitations on such a warrant? Its 5 yrs old

One the warrant is issued, the statute of limitations is put on hold. The statute of limitations only applies to crimes when the conduct is uncharged. Good luck.
