Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

angry threat

I said some stupid threats to a customer service rep because I didn't the product, but they charged me. Any they can according to the terms and conditions. I said the typical angry threats, ''Better business bureau, sue them... I also said, what if showed up with a gun, or told Oprah''. I don't even have a gun, I don't know why I said this. I didn't actually say the word kill, but I know these calls are monitored. Could I be arrested or something? I'm worried? What should I do?

Re: angry threat

You're right; it was stupid. But it would be stupider to do anything more. Chances are nothing further will occur. If it does, cross that bridge when they burn it. An idle threat is not actionable.

Get some sleep; call Oprah.
