Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
do i have a right to appeal within the 120 days? i wrote 2 letters 2 the judge and no response i called they said d.a. has letter in file and its his decision how to proceed i know thats not right and do i have a right to withdraw my plea one time?

The time for appeal varies by the Court in which the conviction occured. There is a program that answers your timing questions on my web page. There is no "right" to withdraw a plea that was lawfully made. The issue is whether the plea was made in a lawfull manner (voluntary, knowing, intelligent).
