Appealing a case
Brodie is my son, my name is--name removed---name removed-- Can I appeal my son's case? How do I do it?

Re: Appealing a case
How you appeal is determined by what court heard the case. The amount of time since sentencing also dictates this. There are other actions I (or others) can take besides traditional "appeal". You need to use the calculators on my site to learn more.
