Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
argument outside of home, cops come, claim a warrant for her arrest, they try to verify warrant w/ sheriff but can't. she's arrested, her bond was $50,000 charged w/manufacturing and intent to distribute.
copy of police report states that back in sept. a CI wearing a wire bought drugs
from her. it's the only evidence they have and she has no criminal record.
What is she facing? Is the audio wire taping admissable in court at trial?

1st offense manufacturing is a class 3 felony.
Most likely the tape of the transaction is admissable, but without a whole lot more information I can't give you a definate answer.
