my husband was arressted for burgtly harassment kiddnapping and assault, what are we looking at

Depending on the result of the kidnapping, he could be looking at life in prison, or even the death penalty. While I'm guessing it's not nearly so serious, what you should be looking at in any case is a long conversation with a lawyer.

? Habitual and a new felony could raise this to 24 years, 96 years. A clean history, good facts, and a good presentation by counsel could mean no prison, no jail, no community corrections, just probation.
