Arrest record and employment

Scenario: Arrested for domestic violence, no conviction, records sealed.

On new employee hire paperwork, the employer is asking, ''have you ever been convicted, been imprisoned, been on probation, or been on parole? (includes felonies, firearms, or explosives violations, misdemeanors, and all other offenses.)

How would one respond? Yes or No?

You have not been convicted, imprisoned, on probation or parole.

One would respond, "No."

You should respond that way, too. Good luck with the job.
