Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
i was arrested for a schedule II possesion charge, and never recieved a ticket, i have a set court date but no ticket with my charges? will my case be dismissed if there is no ticket?

No ticket needed. With a felony, charges have not been filed yet. The filing will occur when you appear in court.
