Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I was arrested Sept 17th 2010 for aggrevated motor vehicle theft. The vehicle in question is a1972 Chevrolet Nova. I purchased this car July 31st 2010 and received from the owner, A clear title (signed), A Bill of sale (signed) and the keys to unlock all doors, trunk and ignition. I'm now $600.00 into the bond and missed 2 days of work and no car. I don't have the money for an attorney, I went to court and tried to show the D.A. my documentation and the judge and or anyone that would look. No luck, I have not been charged and won't until Oct 23, 2010 Is there any action I can take to get any of the items back (i.e. car, $600.00, 2 days of work) I'm losing faith in our system. I am 43 with a spotless record and don't understand how this could happen

have you tried getting a public defender?

the judge and DA will likely do nothing.

Maybe Tom Martino would help.

It is possible you can get the court to order costs after you win, but only then.
