Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I was attack by a customer at my place of employment. a customer slap in the chest. i want to know if the company i work for is responable for my safety by getting a restraining order on the person who attack me. and do i have any recorse on the company for the supervisor not call the police right away, but waiting 15 mins. she called corp first to see if it was the right thing to do by calling the police. the police office was kinda of upset because she waited 15 mins. do i have any recorse on this matter. i am scare the this person could come back and retalliate . people have been shot for less

Ultimately, you need to take care of you. Don't wait for the company. Their focus is on them, not you.
If you fear this person, apply for a protective order on your own.
As to whether or not the company has some liability, you need to speak with an employement attorney.
