Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Attempted assult
my brother plead guilty to attempted assult and received a 5th level felony. This happened april 2003. can this record be sealed...meaning that he will not have to disclose this to potential employers? This happened in denver colorado, and he currently lives in Utah.

At least 10 year from the date he was released from supervision. Even then, maybe not.
