Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Background records for employment wrong
DA shows no junvinelle record yet the state does - record was expunged 25 years ago. The State denys having received it thus offence remains on background check. Who is responsible for correcting this and who shold I see.

If the record was expunged 25 years ago, there should be a Court Order telling agencies to delete this from the agency's record. Copy the order, get it to the agency. From your question, I would guess that CBI is the offending agency. Get them to update their record. Good luck.
