Basis of sentencing
Can a person be tried for a number of cases at one time but get sentenced individually as 11 seperate cases.

Your concern is over whether setencing is concurrent or consecutive. 10 offenses, 10 year sentence is 10 years concurrent or 100 years consecutive. The judge has alot of discretion over this, and we often don't know which way it will go until the court gives sentence. If a plea bargain is involved, the consecutive/concurrent condition is usually made part of the plea agreement.
