is it legal and if so how long can a cash only bond be in place?

A pre-trial cash-only bond may be challenged on constitutional grounds, although such bonds pending extradition hearings or conviction appeals are valid in Colorado.
Where legal, the cash-only bond may be valid until resolution of the case.
