Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My boyfriend has been taken to jail for a fauls report of telling his babys moms mom that he was going to kill her he never said that how can i prove it? He had a protection order on his childs mother & she has just lied to get one on him, Her order states he is stalking her when we went to her work to get his childs socal # for insuence. how do we prove what she is saying isn't true?

get a lawyer and explain it to him/her - they will know what to do - the DA and cops believe her (or else he would not be in jail) and will only try to discredit your story - your attorney will know how to best prove it and use it
