Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
my boyfriend went to jail because his mom said she had a restraining order on him. I bonded him out, then she called the police again and said he came in her house without permission. I know she let him in because he called me on his moms phone and his mom was talking to him. I did the research that the police, and detectives said that they did but apparently they didn't, and found out there is no restraining order. Now how can we fight this? how do we prove his mom is lieing because thy are trying to get him for first degree tresspassing. He has been in jail 3 months now because we are fighting it.
