Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
on my brothers birthday i got arrested and charged with fighting in public, disturbing the peace, and interferance i have court tomorow what are they gonna do to me

These sound like municipal ordinance violations. The prosecution will try to wrestle a guilty plea from you tomorrow. You don't have to take it. If you decide to go to trial, you MUST request a jury trial on your frst court appearance. If you do not, you will be forced into a trial to the court. You can't later undo that. You can change from jury trial to court trial, but you will not be allowed to change from court trial to jury trial.
