What can be brought up at a sentance hearing
Can a cith attorney bring up an arrest, trial and acquittal at a sentace hearing of another case?

At trial, your character, past convictions and past asquittals are not relevant. At sentencing, they are. Bring in all evidence that helps you. The DDA will bring all evidence that hurts you.
