If a person has MY car towed off of MY private property out of malice, can this be considered auto theft? If not, are there any other legal options available to me?

Re: Car towing & private property
One who removes private personal property from the private real property of another, without permission, has comitted larceny, perhaps burglary, and maybe other crimes.
Your other options are to pursue him in a civil action in small claims court or hire a lawyer.
