Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
case review
My brother says he got sentenced to 80 days. The newspaper says 110. ( 50 for one offense and 60 for another) For the first offense, the records say jail: 20 days then later, jail: 355 days, 325 days (suspended). Is this 20 days, 30 days, or do you add them and get 50 days? Also, he is up for review after 64 days does this mean he's serving time and they'll review or he's out and goes back to court at that time? Thanks!

Re: case review
I would need to look at the Mittimus Order. Review means that he will go before the court at that time. It does not mean he is out, but it could be good news, if he/you show all conditions in sentencing are met. I could help you sort through the various orders; however, his attorney upon conviction should be able to do that faster.
