Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I went to a casino being underage. Had with me a fake id. Security guards kicked me out of the casinos. While in the parking lot, they came after me. Pretending and saying that they were wrong. I went back to the casino. And i was taken into custody. Not touching a single slot. Or a drink. Is this entrapment

Doesn't appear to be intrapment. Intrapment is when law enforcement induces you to commit a crime. It does not appear you were induced to commit a crime and security guards are not law enforcement.
No, it is not entrapment. You were not arrested for entering the casino the second time. You were arrested for entering the first time and/or for using a fake ID. Neither of these actions were induced by law enforcement. You have only yourself to blame.
