Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I got caught on campus with a minimal amount of marijuana. I gave it up when the officers specifically looked at me but did not before. I also did not have any sort of paraphernalia on me except for the water bottle I was hiding it in. This is my first offense. I was wondering if there was anyway I could try and get rid of the paraphernalia charge and if there is a way I can do a class or something to not have it go on my criminal record?
