changing my plea from guilty to not guilty
is there a time frame in the Colorado laws that allows me to change my plea from guilty to not guilty?

After conviction and prior to sentencing the rules allow withdrawal of a guilty plea, but only if the Court agrees. There is no absolute right to change your plea.
