what would his charge be??
he was found with 5+ ounces of marijuana, 1bong(plastic), 1 hand peace(glass), 1 bubbler(glass), evidence of ditributing, failed u.a - showing use of maraijuana(at time of crime) an 400++in cash connected with the distributing

If charged as a juvenile or an adult the possible charges are possession of less then eight ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphanelia and possession with intent to distribute marajuana. As an adult the distribution charge would be a felony charge. As a juvenile the possible penalties are different depending on any prior adjudications as a juvenile deliquent. I have handled similar charges both for adults and juveniles.
