My father in law to the cops that i hit my stepchild on 12-2-05 when he made threats to me and he stated that he would kill me i told my stepchild to call the cops she told me no and i asked her again to call the cops she told me no then i got my cell phonr out of my jacket and he grabed out of my hand then i walked away from him my stepchild was sittln on the love set i asked he for the phone she hand it to me then my father in law jumped me from behide do to i had the phone so i can call the police then i got away from him and went aross the street to call the police when the cops showed up he told them them that i hit her on her face i had surgery on the 11-21-05 when i have never layed a hand on her at all he is on medth me and my wife had found needles in the restroom on the floor he told us he waould stop and he keep using ... my wife was not at home at the time when this happened
