Father is a naturalized citizen from Mexcio. Raped his son in Mexico and sexually assualted him there. Child in treatment. Father lives in U.S. Can he be tried or investigated since it happened in Mexico? could he be prosecuted under another topic, like civil rights violation? Thanks

Re: child molestation
Trial here for offense in Mexico would not work. He would likely be extradited to Mexico.

Re: child molestation
you might be able to sue him civilly in the US, but unlikely that he can be tried criminally here.
