my child's teacher is verbaly assalting her is school what can i do

There is no such thing as a verbal assault.
That being said, speak with the principal, the superintendent, and your school board member.
At the least, ask that the school move your child out of that class.
If they fail to give you satisfaction, and the behavior meets the criteria for harassment, contact the school resource officer or other law enforcement.
